On this home, we replaced all of the windows, exterior doors and all of the siding. The client/architect requested that some openings for the doors and windows be changed, which meant that some framing and interior drywall patching and trim work was involved. We used copper flashing on all the windows, doors and skirt board and installed vertical grain hemlock (using stainless steel nails) with a 3" exposure to match the existing siding on the addition.
