This addition was designed to look like a monitor barn and consisted of an in-law type space (which included a living room, kitchen and 1 ½ baths), a second floor office and a three-car garage. The building was designed with efficiency in mind and features interior spray foam and exterior rigid foam insulation. Reap Construction assisted in all of the finish selection from flooring to lighting and hardware.
