Simply put, this family ran out of room for their growing family. They needed more space for their kids and friends to hang out. A two-story, 468 SF addition was added to the back of the house and more space created in the existing house by adding a loft in what was once a two-story living room. We also dug out the hill behind the house for a back yard and patio around the addition and constructed a beautiful stonewall to retain the hilly site.
