Built using post-and-beam construction and cedar lumber, this screened porch was designed with many other details that set it apart from most traditional decks. The interior of the porch has skylights, a beadboard ceiling and a plant shelf; the exterior has a standing seam metal roof and a pergola transition to the outdoors. Beautiful Ipe decking was installed throughout using invisible fasteners. While working on the porch, we also replaced some rotted siding and the roof on the entire house.
